i-msgr was created by Sudeep Nayak, a software developer who created 'multicomm' (Software which virtually connects PCs over a phoneline), 'pipeline' (A project for tracking gene sequences), 'streav' (A mobile application for storing important facets of recorded video of one's life, using Face recognition), and 'Planet Beta' (online site for electronics enthusiasts).
